By registering for or using PenConnection, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

PenConnection is a communication and pen pal platform designed to connect individuals for friendship, emotional support, mentorship, and positive communication, including communication with incarcerated individuals where legally permitted.

PenConnection does not guarantee:

• Relationships or friendships
• Responses from members
• Compatibility between users
• Release outcomes, rehabilitation, or legal assistance

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others
• Send sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
• Solicit money fraudulently
• Impersonate another person
• Share false information
• Use the platform for prostitution, trafficking, scams, or illegal activity
• Post or distribute copyrighted content without permission

PenConnection reserves the right to remove accounts or content at its sole discretion.

Users communicate at their own risk. PenConnection does not conduct full criminal background checks on users or inmates and cannot guarantee the truthfulness of profiles or communications.

Users are encouraged to:

• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information
• Use caution when sending money or gifts
• Report suspicious activity immediately

PenConnection is not liable for user interactions occurring online, by phone, mail, or in person.

Certain features may require payment, subscription fees, or promotional offers.

All payments are:

• Non-refundable unless required by law
• Charged in U.S. Dollars
• Subject to change with notice

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

PenConnection may offer promotional pricing, including a $10.00 introductory offer for eligible users.

Introductory Offer Conditions:

The $10.00 introductory offer is only valid if:

• The customer maintains the same phone number and account profile used during registration; and
• The customer remains active for at least two additional paid sessions after the introductory session.

If the customer changes phone numbers, creates duplicate accounts, or fails to complete two additional sessions, PenConnection reserves the right to revoke promotional pricing eligibility.

Promotional offers are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.

PenConnection may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

All PenConnection logos, branding, designs, graphics, text, and platform content are owned by PenConnection and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant PenConnection a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content through the platform.

By using PenConnection, users consent to the collection and use of information necessary to operate the platform.

PenConnection agrees to make reasonable efforts to protect user information but cannot guarantee complete security of electronic communications.

PenConnection may use third-party services for:

• Payment processing
• Messaging
• Hosting
• Analytics

PenConnection is not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party providers.

Any information provided through PenConnection, its members, moderators, or affiliated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, mental health, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PenConnection shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Lost profits or opportunities
• User disputes
• Offline interactions between users
• Actions of incarcerated individuals or third parties

Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PenConnection, its owners, affiliates, staff, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

• User conduct
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform

PenConnection may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
