How long are the promotional prices locked in?
When you sign up during our launch, your promotional price ($12/year for Basic, $18/year for Premium) is locked in for 2 full years! After that, you'll have the option to renew at current rates.
What's the difference between Individual and Family plans?
Individual plans allow you to post one profile. Family plans let you post multiple profiles (for different loved ones) all under one account with one payment.
What does "Featured Placement" mean?
Premium profiles are highlighted with a star badge and appear at the top of search results, giving them more visibility to potential pen pals.
